After the participants in the YEF program graduate, YEF will provide loans to students to allow them to continue their education at the post- secondary level or create their own businesses with the guidance of the YEF management team.

It is through loan provision that YEF will assist recent high school graduates in taking their first strides in life after the completion of their formal education. This stride could include beginning their own business, or attending post-secondary education.

It is through this initiative that the rural communities’ economic situation can be improved by decreasing unemployment and thus increasing money that can be spent within the community. YEF’s Board of Directors will guide and assist YEF students on their transition to adulthood by helping to ensure that their individual career plans are not only beneficial for the student but are also in the best interests of the community.
